Offshore Wind Energy and Fisheries Meeting BOEM

Please join us April 13, 2023 from 3:00-4:30pm ET for a virtual meeting of the committee on Offshore Wind Energy and Fisheries. During this meeting, the committee will be introduced to the public and the goals of the standing committee will be discussed with the sponsor, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM).

The role of the committee is to provide assistance to BOEM in its efforts to engage the fisheries community as it manages the development of offshore wind and to serve as a forum to discuss the state of science and pressing concerns related to the development of offshore wind and its potential impacts to fisheries.
