2023 Jackson Wild Media Awards Finalists Announced!
The wait is over: we're thrilled to announce this year's finalists for the Jackson Wild Media Awards!
This year’s competition saw over 1,100 category entries filmed in 74 different countries, with films competing for 30 content, craft, program, and special jury awards, as well as the Grand Teton Award, awarded to the overall best film in competition.
Congratulations to all the projects selected as finalists, the films receiving Special Jury Awards, and those who received honorable mentions!
Join us at the 2023 Jackson Wild Summit in Grand Teton National Park where award winners will be announced and celebrated on Thursday, September 28.
This year’s Summit will investigate ways that we can transcend competing interests to create a thriving planet, and how we storytellers can and must inspire this essential change. With panel discussions, workshops, networking events, and more, you won't want to miss out. View the program and schedule now to get a taste of what you'll experience.

Federal law has stated that the National Park Service must require permits and charge fees for commercial filming in park areas. A film permit is not required if your intent is for non-income generating purposes.
There will be no group permit provided as has been provided in past years, so if you plan on filming for commercial purposes, make sure to fill out an application by the deadline, Monday, August 14.
Looking to pass on some knowledge or seeking advice from an industry veteran? The Mentor/Mentee Breakfast is a great chance to do so and a long-standing tradition at the Summit. If you are interested in participating but still need to register for the Summit, be sure to do so soon, as spaces are limited. Attendees who register on or before August 18th will receive priority.
